  • To apply for free legal aid, visit nhlegalaid.org call 1-800-639-5290. You can request to speak with an advocate who speaks languages other than English.
  • Need a copy of the CDC Declaration Form, which is required to halt your eviction? Get it in English or Spanish, Somali, or Portuguese at  covid19evictionforms.com.

Free training: Your rights to fair housing without discrimination

Have you been denied an apartment or accommodation because of your race, color, national origin, religion, familial or marriage status, sex, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, or disability?


You have rights under the Fair Housing laws. Learn how to use them.

NH Legal Assistance is hosting a free online Fair Housing training for tenants and service providers who have questions about state and federal housing protections. There is an afternoon and evening session. Pre-registration is not required.
