New Hampshire Public Defender is a private, non-profit corporation providing legal representation to individuals charged with homicides, felonies, misdemeanors, and juvenile delinquency. New Hampshire Public Defender is appointed by the courts to represent qualified individuals in need of counsel and is committed to providing the highest quality indigent defense services to its clients.
