New Case Management System: Increasing Efficiency for Better Client Service
To further strengthen and enhance our operational technological systems, NHLA recently purchased and installed a new case management system, with generous support from the Samuel P. Hunt Foundation, Cogswell Benevolent Trust, Agnes M. Lindsay Trust and Verizon. The system, Legal Server, is a fully web-based system designed specifically for legal service agencies that contains several features that will greatly enhance our productivity, and has already greatly improved our office operations.
