NHLA Receives Grant from J. Albert and Mildred E. Lynch Fund of the NHBF

NHLA has been awarded $9,700 from the J. Albert and Mildred E. Lynch Fund of the NH Bar Foundation to hold a series of educational conferences throughout the state for owners and tenants of manufactured housing parks to share advice and information about the various laws that come into play for these parks. Manufactured housing parks are governed by two different statutes in New Hampshire and it can be confusing for park tenants and owners to understand the laws and regulations under which they are working. The anticipated outcome of the conferences is to increase knowledge and understanding among park tenants and owners regarding their respective legal rights and responsibilities.
