John E. Tobin, Jr. Receives Civil Justice Award

At a ceremony held on June 27, 2008, New Hampshire Legal Assistance Executive Director, John E. Tobin, Jr., along with fellow attorneys Andru Volinsky of Bernstein Shur in Manchester; Thomas Connair of Leahy & Denault in Claremont, NH; and Scott Johnson of Warner, NH; received the New Hampshire Association for Justice's "Civil Justice" award for their work on the Claremont school funding case. The award was presented by the association's president, Chris Seufert, at the association�s annual meeting held at the Bedford Village Inn in Bedford. Mr. Seufert honored the Claremont legal team for their work over the past decade to protect the rights of children across the state. The New Hampshire Association for Justice is a membership based advocacy organization working to promote the highest standards of legal practice and to protect the integrity of the judicial system, in the name of justice for all.
