Our program was created to provide civil legal services to those who could not afford to hire a lawyer. We serve all NH residents, citizens and non-citizens alike. Eligibility for services is based upon the federal poverty standard. To find out if you are eligible, we encourage you to call the office closest to where you live. Eligibility Guidelines
Eligible for no-cost services

• Individuals and households with income within an established percentage of the federal poverty standard, and with assets up to certain limits based on household size.


• Seniors 60 years of age and over (no income or asset limits).
